  • 1 cup of hot water (250 ml)

What should you do?

  • Put the green tea bags in the hot water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Take them to the refrigerator and, when they are very cold, place them over the eyes for 15 minutes.
  • Repeat the treatment every day until dark circles are eliminated.

Pineapple juice with turmeric

Pineapple bromelain acts as a natural anti-inflammatory that helps minimize the size of dark circles and bags, according to this study conducted by Sri Ramachandra University (India).

For its part, turmeric contains an active ingredient called curcumin that enhances its anti-inflammatory and protective effect. This is what this study from Central Michigan University assures.

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric (5 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice (20 ml)

What should you do?

  • Make a thick paste with the turmeric and pineapple juice.
  • Afterwards, rub the mask around the eye contour and leave it to act for 15 minutes.

Of course, keep in mind that no remedy is miraculous and that its effects are not obtained immediately. Several applications are required to decrease browning.
