  • 3 tablespoons of butter (45 g).
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour (45 g).
  • 2 onions cut into julienne strips (200 g).
  • 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (5 g).

Preparation

  • Clean the fish by removing the entrails and gills.
  • Make some cross cuts so that it cooks inside. Next, season with salt and pepper, and reserve.
  • To prepare the bechamel sauce, heat the cup of milk with the nutmeg over medium heat.

  • 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (5 g).

Preparation

  • Clean the fish and make several cuts so that it cooks inside.
  • Season with salt and pepper and reserve.
  • Then prepare the bechamel sauce, heating the milk in a pot. Melt the butter with the wheat flour until a dough forms.
  • Mix the milk with the butter and flour over low heat until you get a smooth cream. Add the teaspoon of nutmeg and stir well. Reservation.
  • Next, place the fish on a griddle for 5 to 7 minutes to cook a little before gratin.
