5 Exercises To Tone The Neck And Reduce Double Chin

The double chin is seen as a lump that hangs below the chin and can be more or less thick and flaccid. It is an accumulation of fat that can appear as a result of various factors : thyroid gland problems, genetics, obesity, among others.
