The firming oil for the legs is a product of natural origin that is obtained from the maceration of rosemary in extra virgin olive oil.

  • These ingredients stand out for their high content of fatty acids, antioxidants and amino acids that, after being assimilated through the skin, help reduce flaccidity and cellulite.
  • Its application through massage optimizes circulation in the lower body area and, incidentally, prevents the appearance of spider veins and varicose veins.

You can easily buy the ingredients in herbal stores and supermarkets. If you compare them with many commercial products, they are cheaper.

Of course, we advise you to buy extra virgin olive oil, since the refined presentations do not have the same nutritional quality.

Ingredients

  • 8 branches of fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil (200 g)

Utensils

  • Glass jar with lid
  • Wooden spoon

Preparation

  1. Wash the fresh rosemary branches well and put them to dry at room temperature.
  2. When they are ready, cut them into several pieces and place them in a glass jar.
  3. Cover the rosemary with the olive oil and stir with a wooden utensil.
  4. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 20 days.
  5. During this time, uncover the jar every 2 or 3 days and stir the ingredients with the spoon.
  6. After this time, uncover the product, filter it with a cloth strainer and discard the remains of the branches.

Application mode

  • Put some firming oil on the palms of your hands.
  • Rub it over your legs in gentle circular motions.
  • Massage for 5 to 8 minutes, pressing with your fingertips for best effects.
  • Make sure the product is well absorbed and, without rinsing it off, let it work overnight.
  • Repeat its application 2 or 3 times a week to achieve good results.
