Training To Burn Body Fat

4. Raise the pelvis

This exercise is simple. You just have to lie on your back, raise your pelvis and buttocks by flexing your knees.  Our feet must be supported on the ground, while our upper part must be supported by the shoulder blades and shoulders.

For a greater effect, some weight can be placed on the abdominal area. We can also simply stretch one leg up.

It is recommended to do three sets of 12 repetitions of this exercise.

5. Perform abductors

This exercise allows you to tone and burn the body fat that accumulates in the waist area . Like the elevation of pelvis You just have to lie down, but on one side.

Then, one leg is lifted up to the height of the hip, and then it is lowered, of course with the other leg resting on the ground.

It is recommended to do three sets of 12 to 14 repetitions of this exercise changing legs.

6. Jogging or cycling

Finally, and to complete our routine, you can choose between cycling or jogging for a period of 10 to 15 minutes.  Both exercises are good for toning and strengthening our entire body.
